Most healthcare organizations don’t struggle because their people aren’t working hard. They struggle because the operational, clinical, and financial sides of the business are running on separate tracks, and the gaps between them are where performance quietly slips.
I dig in until I find where the opportunity actually is, and build the workflow that captures it. Then I build the reporting so you can see it holding, using tools you already have or can get without buying a new platform.

The Operator Behind It
I’m Lisa Krueger, founder and principal advisor of Elite Healthcare Advisors, a fractional operations advisory practice for physician groups, hospitalist groups, and MSOs.
I started in the exam room. As an acute-care hospitalist nurse practitioner, I learned how care actually gets delivered before I moved into operations, and for years I did both at once. Over 15+ years I built a revenue cycle function from the ground up, served as COO of a hospital medicine company through its growth and private-equity sale, directed a national CMS value-based care program (BPCI-A), and held full operational ownership across 40+ facilities, 1,200+ clinical staff, and 20,000+ patients.
That path is why I read these businesses through a clinical, operational, and financial lens at once. I know where to look, because I’ve stood in every part of the building.
When an engagement needs clinical depth beyond my own, I bring in physician colleagues I’ve worked with for years. You still work with me.
